Lotus Root with Teriyaki sauce Lunch Box (vegan)


Let's start the week GREEN.

This pan fried lotus root with Teriyaki sauce is prepared ahead of time (so is everything else)

So all have to do in the morning is to steam the rice with lotus root, add in edamame and cherry tomatoes. I used adapted the recipe from Ivy's Kitchen but without the meat.

Ingredients:

蓮藕 2條

Teriyaki sauce:

米酒 2湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
醬油 2湯匙

Method:

  1. 蓮藕切片 , 切成半公分厚
  2. 二面輕輕沾上麵粉
  3. 然後倒入照燒醬煮至蓮藕完全熟透
