Healthy Vegan Protein Chocolate Mousse
非常簡單容易, 完全能夠滿足我想食朱古力甜品的慾望. 當然不能與真正的chocolate mousse相比. 但當知道吃進肚子裏的, 是充滿蛋白質的黑豆, 沒有添加精製砂糖, 那“不是真正chocolate mousse“ 問題再不是問題.
Ingredients:
240 g canned black beans (drained and rinse with cold water)
120 g dark chocolate
25 g dried dates
120 g plant-based milk
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into the mixing bowl
2. Blend 1 min/ speed 9 (repeat until smooth)
3. Scrape into glass ware tp refrigerate until your preferred consistency.
